Linklaters represents Initial Purchasers on Banco de Chile’s U.S.$500 million Notes offering

Represents inaugural Rule 144A notes offering under Banco de Chile’s existing Medium-Term Notes Program

Linklaters advised BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC on Banco de Chile’s Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of U.S.$500,000,000 2.990% Fixed Rate Notes due 2031 under its Medium-Term Notes Program.
