Linklaters advises Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring on its investment in Watèa by Michelin

Linklaters has advised Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring on its investment representing a 30% stake in the subsidiary Watèa by Michelin, a tailor-made electric mobility solution for commercial vehicle fleets.

This investment of Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring in Watèa by Michelin is an extension of a partnership initiated since the creation of Watèa by Michelin to finance energy transition projects. It will enable both groups to meet the specific needs of professional fleets.
