Alexandra is notably involved in transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investment funds structuring, project finance and structured finance.

Work highlights
  • Octopus Investments Ltd. on the acquisition, from RES, of a 18 MW windfarm located in France and negotiation of the construction and asset management contracts;
  • Ardian on the fund raising of its fifth generation of infrastructure funds;
  • Montagu Private Equity LLP on a firm offer for the acquisition of Maincare Solutions, the eHealth software leader in France;
  • Ardian on the fund raising of its first generation of infrastructure funds targeting American countries;
  • Apax Partners Midmarket SAS on the acquisition of Ciprés Assurance, an insurance broker which is being sold by TA Associates;
  • Transgene S.A. on its EUR 46.5m rights offering which included a public offering in France and private placement in the U.S.

Alexandra holds Master 2 in International Tax Law from the University Panthéon Assas Paris 2 in collaboration with HEC Paris.
