Overview

Bo represents and advises a wide range of national and international clients on a variety of topics:

  • representing an insurance company in post-M&A disputes, involving fraud claims
  • representing an industrial company in post-arbitration disputes
  • representing a pharmaceutical company in arbitration proceedings
  • advising and representing financial and corporate creditors and debtors in judicial reorganisation and bankruptcy proceedings
  • advising national and international clients on new legislation or legislative changes
 

Professional experience

Bo joined the LAI Department of Linklaters Brussels in 2022.

Education and qualifications

Bo holds a Masters of Criminology and a Masters of Law from the University of Ghent, both obtained summa cum laude. During her final year, she also participated in the Think & Talk Honours program.

Bo studied for 5 months in Finland (Helsinki), where she enrolled in an international business law programme, primarily focussing on international arbitration and environmental litigation.
