Borja has broad experience advising corporates and financial institutions on a wide range of litigation matters, both before ordinary and arbitration courts, including bank litigation, commercial disputes and insolvencies. Borja has 12 years experience as a university professor at the Universidad Complutense of Madrid. He is member of the Spanish Arbitration Club (CEA) and is included in the list of arbitrators of the Spanish Court of Arbitration.
