Conrado Tenaglia

Conrado, co-head of our Latin America practice, has over 25 years of experience in cross-border corporate finance transactions with a focus on Latin America and Spain.

Conrado has advised issuers and underwriters on securities placements in the U.S. and in the Euromarkets by sovereigns, banks, companies, borrowers, lenders and agents in bilateral, syndicated and structured banking facilities. He has also been involved in numerous debt restructurings and liability management exercises, and in acquisitions and disposals of companies and assets.

• J.P. Morgan Securities LLC: advising on the debut bond issue of Genneia.
• The joint bookrunners: advising on a US$500m note offering by the City of Buenos Aires.
• GNL Quintero: advising the Chilean company on the issue of US$1.1bn senior notes.
• S.A.C.I. Falabella: advising on a US$400m note issue to finance the acquisition of Maestro in Peru.
• Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V.: advising on the acquisition of a controlling interest in the concessionaire of the Montego Bay Airport in Jamaica from Abertis Airports, S.A.
• Industrial and Commercial Bank of China: advising the lender in a US$80m medium-term pre-export trade finance facility to YPF S.A.

Conrado is a part-time Lecturer in Law at Columbia  Law School, New York.

Conrado received a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires and holds a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School.

He speaks English, Spanish and Italian.
