Overview

Jana is specialised in advising companies on matters relating to corporate, stock corporation and capital markets law as well as in corporate litigation.

Professional experience

Jana joined Linklaters as an associate in 2023. Prior to that, she worked for one year as a lawyer at a boutique specialised in corporate law in Düsseldorf.

Education and qualifications

Jana studied law at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf and at Suffolk University Law School in Boston. She later completed her doctorate at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf. She was a trainee at Linklaters in Düsseldorf and Brussels from the beginning of 2016 until the end of 2018. From the end of 2018 to 2022, she worked as a trainee in the field of antitrust law and corporate law at international law firms in Belgium and Germany.

She speaks German and English.
