Kana Hayashi

Kana is an associate in our energy and infrastructure practice group. She has experience advising equity investors, sponsors, commercial banks and export credit agencies on project finance transactions and energy and infrastructure related corporate transactions. 

Kana has spent time on client secondment to NEXI and this opportunity has given her special exposure to structured finance and multi-sourced financings involving export credit agencies, multi-laterals and development finance institutions.

Kana graduated from Keio University in 2012 and Keio University Law School in 2014.

Kana is qualified in Japan.
