Rebecca is an Associate in Linklaters’ U.S. Dispute Resolution Practice. She has experience in commercial litigation, internal and government investigations and white collar defense. Rebecca is fluent in Russian.

She is also strongly committed to pro bono service, where she focuses on immigrant rights and habeas corpus issues. 

She has been awarded the Sanctuary for Families 2023 Above and Beyond Pro Bono Achievement Award.

Prior to joining Linklaters, Rebecca worked at a boutique personal injury law firm.

Pro bono representation
  • Pro bono representation in a death row case: representing an individual to safeguard their constitutional right to habeas corpus.
  • Asylum: securing asylum for a Russian national fleeing persecution in Russia and advising the client on a subsequent green card application.
  • Temporary Protected Status: securing temporary protected status for several Ukrainian nationals fleeing war-torn Ukraine.

Rebecca holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. Rebecca speaks English and Russian.
