Roberto is a counsel in the public law and regulated sectors department. He has broad experience advising large corporations and financial institutions in sectors with a strong regulatory component, with a special focus on the energy and telecommunications sectors. His advice covers all regulatory aspects of foreign investments in corporations and assets within regulated sectors in Spain. He also advises Spanish companies abroad, in particular, in project finances regarding infrastructure sector across South America. Alongside his professional career, Roberto lectures at ICADE University and at the University of Navarra on public law and legal matters within the energy sector.
