We have produced a series of podcasts where members from the Faculty discuss some of the key issues for businesses relating to diversity and inclusion, including: pipeline, promotion and retention; developing a diversity strategy vs a diversity policy; training – what’s effective and what isn’t; quotas, targets and positive discrimination; the link between diversity and remuneration; accountability for diversity; the link between diversity and ESG and diversity reporting.
