Linklaters advises Vistry Group on acquisition of Countryside Partnerships for £1.25bn

Linklaters is advising FTSE 250-listed house builder Vistry Group on its combination with Countryside Partnerships in a £1.25 billion cash and share deal.

The deal is expected to create one of the country’s leading homebuilders, comprising a top tier housebuilder and a leading partnerships business, with capability across all housing tenures.
