Linklaters advises Helexia on the financing of a portfolio comprising 240 projects located in five European countries

Linklaters has advised Helexia, a leading energy transition and energy efficiency services provider, on the EUR 50 million financing of a portfolio of photovoltaic projects located in France, Italy, Belgium, Portugal and Spain. The financed projects include 240 new rooftop and carport solar installations. This transaction forms part of Helexia pan-European financing programme.

This transaction will enable Helexia to strengthen its resources to develop its portfolio of photovoltaic projects at the European level and is part of the company’s strategy to accelerate the energy transition in Europe. 

The financing was arranged by La Banque Postale and Bpifrance.
