Linklaters has advised IK Partners’ IK VII Fund on its sell-down in Netel

We have advised IK Partners' IK VII Fund in connection with its successful SEK 192 million sell-down in Netel. IK Partners is a European private equity firm focused on investments in Benelux, DACH, France, Nordics and the UK. Since 1989, it has raised more than €19 billion of capital and invested in over 200 European companies. Netel is a leader in the development and maintenance of critical infrastructure within Infraservices, Power and Telecom in Northern Europe.
