Linklaters advised Ørsted Wind Power A/S on the £3bn divestment of a 50% stake in its 1.3GW Hornsea 2 Offshore Wind Farm in the UK.

NeuConnect

Linklaters has advised the Sponsor team comprising of Meridiam, Allianz Capital Partners and Kansai Electric Power on the financing of the NeuConnect interconnector project, a 1.4GW subsea high-voltage direct current (HVDC) electricity interconnector that will link the Isle of Grain in England to Wilhelmshaven in Germany.

Riverside 2

Linklaters has advised Cory in relation to the financing and development of the Riverside 2 energy-from-waste (EfW) facility which will be located adjacent to Cory’s existing EfW facility, Riverside 1, in Belvedere, South London.

Hin Kong

Linklaters advised a group of 15 syndicate Thai and international lenders on the financing of the 2 x 700MW Hin Kong natural gas-fired combined-cycle IPP project located in Ratchaburi Province, Thailand.

Pluto LNG Train 2

Linklaters and Allens advised on the combined Pluto and Scarborough LNG export project in Western Australia. This role included advising on the tenders for the onshore and offshore works packages and drafting and negotiating the FEED and EPC contracts for upstream subsea infrastructure, semi-submersible gas processing unit, the supply and installation of an offshore gas pipeline and the onshore liquefaction plant.
