Anu is an associate in the high-yield team in London and advises underwriters, issuers and private equity sponsors in connection with high yield offerings in the European market, including offerings for First Quantum Minerals, El Corte Inglés, Neinor Homes and Vía Célere
- Harbour Energy: advising J.P. Morgan, BNP Paribas and other banks in connection with a UK listed independent oil and gas exploration company offering of $500m senior notes.
- Endeavour Mining: advising Citigroup and other banks in connection with a multi-national mining company’s offering of $500m senior notes.
- NH Hotels: advising BNP Paribas and other banks in connection with a Spanish multinational hotel company’s offering of €400m senior notes.
- Ithaca Energy (North Sea): advising Morgan Stanley and other banks in connection with a UK independent oil and gas exploration and production company’s offering of $625m senior notes.
- Neinor Homes: advising a Spanish multinational hotel company on its debut high yield offering of €400m senior secured notes. The offering represented the second green bond by a residential real estate developer in the Euro market.
- Vía Célere: advising a Värde Partners portfolio company, one of the largest homebuilder companies in Spain on its debut high yield offering of €300m senior secured notes. The offering represented the first green bond by a residential real estate developer in the Euro market.
- First Quantum Minerals: advising a Canadian-based mining and metals company’s offering of $1.5bn senior notes.
- Cablevision Lightpath: advising initial purchasers in connection with a provider of communications and bandwidth infrastructure in the New York City area and a subsidiary of Altice USA’s offering of $865m senior secured notes.
- El Corte Inglés: advising a leading department store in Spain and one of the world’s largest retailers’ offering of €600m senior notes.
Education and qualifications
Anu studied economics-philosophy at Columbia University and holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School.
