Julie Vandermeeren

Julie joined Linklaters in 2024 as part of the Belgian Corporate and Finance Practice. She advises clients on all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on M&A, private equity and equity capital markets.

Work highlights 

• Cobepa: advising on its investment in Itineris, leading provider of advanced software solutions to energy and water utilities.
• Elia Group: advising on its EUR 2.2billion equity raise (the second largest capital increase ever carried out on Euronext Brussels and the largest since 2009).
• Advising different underwriters on:
  • the EUR 113m rights offering of TINC.
  • the EUR 247m rights offering of Gimv.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Laws and (Research) Master of Laws degree from the Catholic University of Leuven.

Julie also obtained an LL.M degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (specialisation in corporate and commercial law).
