Misaki Abe

Misaki focuses on structured finance transactions, serving major banks and securities companies. She has been actively involved in advising on derivatives transactions using ISDA standard forms and providing legal opinions on the enforceability of netting.

She also has experience advising international companies on IPO procedures and data privacy, AI, and Fintech-related matters.

Misaki studied law at Waseda University and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Waseda Law School, in 2021. She also earned an LLM degree from University of Michigan Law School in 2020.
