Overview

Tom Vos has been an Associate at the Corporate and Finance Practice since 2022. He specializes in corporate governance advice, especially for listed companies and private equity investments.

In addition to his work for Linklaters, Tom is a full-time visiting professor at the Jean-Pierre Blumberg Chair of the University of Antwerp, where he researches and teaches in the field of corporate governance.

Tom Vos has been an Associate at the Corporate and Finance Practice since 2022. 

He has also been a full-time visiting professor at the Jean-Pierre Blumberg Chair of the University of Antwerp since 2021, where he researches and teaches in the field of corporate governance. 

Before that, he was a PhD researcher and teaching assistant at the Jan Ronse Institute for Company and Financial Law at the KU Leuven.

Education and qualifications

Tom holds a PhD in law from KU Leuven, an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School, a research master in law from KU Leuven (magna cum laude) and a bachelor in law from KU Leuven (magna cum laude).

Tom speaks Dutch, English and French.
