Linklaters advised Maxam (a portfolio company of Rhône Group) on its debut €1.215 billion high yield issuance (comprising €790 million and $500 million senior secured notes due 2030) and €175 million revolving credit facility.
Maxam is a global civil explosives company with strong market positions in Europe, Latin America, Africa and Central Asia, providing customized solutions to clients’ needs, backed by over 150 years of experience in the design, development, manufacture and application of civil explosives.
