As we continue our Pride Month 2023 celebrations, we are proud to share a compilation of stories from our LGBTQ+ colleagues as part of our Proud to Work at Linklaters series. This collection includes reflections on their experiences, such as owning their identity, the importance of being authentic in the workplace and what Pride means to them.
As we celebrate Pride and the LGBTQ+ role models who have fought for equality, it serves as a reminder of the challenges still faced by this community and why visible allies are so important in the workplace. Linklaters is committed to being home to an inclusive culture where everyone feels comfortable to bring their whole selves to work.

The CorporateQueer photography exhibition by Fiona Freund is a deeply honest, wonderfully captured and extraordinarily candid insight into professionals who want to celebrate their own “queerness” or that of their allies and colleagues.
