Overview

Brice is a managing associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Corporate/M&A and Private Equity groups. 

His practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity and mergers and acquisitions

Prior to joining Linklaters, Brice spent two years working in London at Proskauer Rose LLP and four years working for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and Willkie Farr and Gallagher.

Work Highlights

Brice has been an advisor on major PE and M&A transactions over the last few years. These include advising*:

  • AIP Management, on c.350m investment in Valorem.
  • 7Ridge, on 1bn investment in an U.S. top crypto player.
  • Investcorp and Sanabil, on 130m Series B co-investment in Salla.
  • Cinven, on 2.2bn acquisition of ETC Group.
  • Charterhouse-backed Funecap Group, on 250m acquisition of the Altair Group.
  • Warburg Pincus-backed Fortius Group, on 60m acquisition of Actradis.
  • Sagard, on 100m acquisition of Sterimed.
  • Elior Group, on 1.7bn divestment of Areas to PAI Partners.
  • PAI Partners, on 1.5bn Euro Ethnic Foods (Grand Frais) acquisition.
  • IK Partners and Five Arrows, on 1.2bn divestment to Insight and roll-over in I@D International (French unicorn).

Education and qualifications

Brice is a member of the Paris bar.

He graduated from the University of Poitiers in 2017 with a Master II in Business Law Tax (DJCE).

During the same year, he also received a certificate in corporate law from the University of Montpellier.
