Overview

Hermann specialises in advising and representing national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective labour law. Besides providing labour law advice on M&A transactions, his focus is on corporate co-determination law, including in particular Societas Europaea (SE) law. He also has considerable practical experience in advising companies on all aspects relating to managing directors and board members as well as on complex restructurings and represents clients' interests before labour courts throughout Germany.

Hermann has worked at Linklaters since 2018 and was appointed Managing Associate in 2022.

He is a member of the Employment Law Working Group of the German Lawyers' Association.

Education and qualifications

Hermann studied law at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf and worked as a trainee lawyer in a leading international law firm in Düsseldorf and London.

He speaks German and English.
