Maria is an Associate in Linklaters’ U.S. Financial Regulation Group. Maria regularly advises on matters involving the Investment Advisers Act, the Investment Company Act and the Commodities Exchange Act, as well as SEC and CFTC regulations. Her practice also includes advising on U.S. ESG matters. Before joining the Financial Regulation Group, Maria participated in cross-border capital markets transactions involving clients from Latin America.

Pro bono representation in immigration cases: counseling children immigrants and victims of human trafficking seeking to secure legal immigration status in the U.S.
