Tim is a Knowledge Lawyer in the global Competition/Antitrust practice. In his role, Tim is responsible for leading the practice’s Knowledge & Learning activities, both for Linklaters and its clients, focussing on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, in particular merger control (including multi-jurisdictional aspects), competition law compliance and cartel investigations, as well as foreign investment control.
