UK - The Investment Association: updated executive pay and Covid-19 guidance

Alongside the annual update to its Principles of Remuneration, the Investment Association issued updated guidance on Shareholder Expectations during the Covid-19 Pandemic. It is clear from the updated Covid-19 guidance that investors will scrutinise executive pay even more this year and expect increased disclosure of remuneration committee decisions.
