Belgian Financial Legislation Tracker - 15 April 2021

The latest version of our financial legislation tracker is now available. The updates include (i) the submission of the draft law containing financial provisions on the prevention of fraud to the Belgian Chamber, (ii) the approval by the Council of Ministers of the draft law transposing and implementing European financial legislation, (iii) the publication of the law amending Book XX (Insolvency Procedures) of the Code of Economic Law and (iv) the publication of the law introducing a Tax on Securities Account.
