FCA encourages sponsors to review conflicts of interest guidance

The Financial Conduct Authority has published Primary Market Bulletin 37 – in this edition, the FCA reminded issuers of their obligations to publish their annual financial reports in a structured format, suggested that issuers set up a second Primary Information Provider account, and provided feedback on the submissions it has received from sponsors on conflict guidance requests.
