CRD V Regulatory Technical Standards on identifying Material Risk Takers published

The European Commission regulation setting out the Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) on the criteria for identifying MRTs has now been published.

The RTS is largely based on the draft RTS which the EBA published in June 2020 (the “EBA June 2020 Draft”) but includes many smaller drafting changes and updates, and therefore should be reviewed carefully.
