The latest version of our financial legislation tracker is now available. The key updates include (i) the approval by Chamber’s Plenary of (a) the omnibus financial law and (b) the draft law transposing European financial legislation, (ii) the approval by Chamber Commission of the draft law transposing European financial Directives and (iii) the publication of (a) the law containing financial provisions on the prevention of fraud and (b) the RD extending the state guarantee regime to SMEs.
