Retained EU law revocation and reform

The Retained EU law (Revocation and Reform) Act will change how EU-derived law is to be interpreted in the UK. This will introduce uncertainty into many areas where EU case law or rights have influenced UK law. Ministers may, however, codify existing approaches and they also have very wide powers to restate, replace, revoke, or amend retained EU law.
