Cornerstone Report Find Securities Class Action Filings Down But SPAC Filings Up

Cornerstone Research has just released its 2021 mid-year assessment on securities class action filings, which found that while overall filing activity dropped significantly in the first half of 2021, filings against SPAC-related entities increase sharply in the first half of 2021.
