Proposed changes to the PRIIPs regime finally sent to the Commission
After a delay of over six months, draft technical standards proposing changes to the PRIIPs regime have been submitted to the European Commission. The changes are due to start to apply from January 2022. Our note explains the delay and summarises the key proposals.
