Following 12 years' experience in the Luxembourg labour market, Thomas joined Linklaters in October 2023 as Managing Associate.

Previously, he worked for several recognised law firms in Luxembourg, during which time he has built up a wealth of experience in employment law but also in litigation and corporate law. 

Over the course of his career, Thomas has been able to deal with a wide range of employment law issues in both contentious and non-contentious contexts. 

Thomas advises Luxembourg employers on all aspects of employment law, whether at individual level (employment contracts, addendums, redundancies, transactions) or collective level (internal policies, remuneration policies, collective agreements, social audits, social plans). Given that the Luxembourg labour market employs a large number of foreign workers, Thomas also advises on immigration matters (work permits and residence permits).

Thomas also assists employers in a wide range of employment law disputes before the various Luxembourg courts.

Education and qualifications

Thomas joined Linklaters Luxembourg in October 2023. He holds a Degree in International Transactions from the University of Nancy 2 and a Master degree in International Trade Law from the University of Nancy 2.

Thomas has valuable experience gained in various law firms in Luxembourg.

He is fluent in French and English.
