Overview

Anne has been promoted Managing Associate in May 2024 in the Corporate M&A department.

She advises international clients on a multitude of transactions, including M&A, group restructurings, joint ventures, management incentive schemes and governance matters with a focus on private equity.

Anne was also seconded to a real estate investment management firm and a private equity firm where she provided assistance on corporate matters.

Work highlights:
  • GIC: advising Singapore's sovereign wealth fund, on its acquisition of an approximately 95% stake in the Sani/Ikos hotels group (a group of luxury resorts) for approximately €2.3bn.
  • Hg: advising on the €1.359bn recapitalisation and refinancing of team.blue, a European provider of digital presence and enablement tools, such as domains, mass hosting, email and applications including e-commerce.
  • The Carlyle Group: advising on the sale of its 59.08% stake in Logoplaste Parent S.à r.l., the parent company of a group with activities in the rigid plastic packaging sector with presence in Portugal and abroad, to Mar Bidco S.à r.l., who is controlled by Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan.

Education and qualifications

Anne joined Linklaters Luxembourg in 2014, after having previously gained professional experience in international law firms in Paris and Luxembourg where she worked on corporate M&A/ private equity matters.

Anne holds a Postgraduate degree (D.E.S.S.) in European Law form the University of Paris X Nanterre and a Master in Business Administration from the Panthéon-Sorbonne.

She is fluent in French, English and German.
