Overview

Bernice is a corporate knowledge lawyer and spent 10 years advising clients on a variety of transactions from IPOs to takeovers. She now ensures that our clients and internal team are kept up to date with the latest developments through our publications, seminars and round tables. She follows a wide range of developments but has a focus on corporate governance issues, in particular on what affects boards and how they operate. As well as presenting and writing, Bernice also coaches our internal team on both of these business skills.
