Clara has experience advising on cross-border and domestic transactions, including auctions, mergers, equity and asset sales, as well as on general corporate governance and securities matters. Her domestic and international practice spans a number of sectors, including financial services, energy and industrials & manufacturing.

Clara was seconded to the derivatives team at BlackRock in London for six months in 2013 and also spent time in the firm’s Hong Kong office for five months in 2014. She was also seconded to the global office of the general counsel at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in New York for three months in 2015.

Clara was recognized as a Top Woman in Dealmaking by The Deal in 2023 as well as an Emerging Leader at the 2022 M&A Advisor Awards.

  • thyssenkrupp: advising on the sale of its U.S. steel plant to ArcelorMittal and Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corp.
  • Visa Europe Limited: advising on the sale of 100% of its share capital to Visa Inc.
