Overview

Natalie has been promoted Managing Associate in May 2024 in the Investment Funds department.

She has experience working in all types of investment fund-related matters, for both traditional and alternative funds, and has particular expertise in the field of UCITS funds.

Natalie regularly advises major international fund houses and asset managers and is involved in matters such as the setting up of UCITS, AIFs and RAIFs, fund mergers (both domestic and international), demergers, liquidations and restructurings and change of service providers.

Over the past years, Natalie has developed an extensive expertise in ESG-related matters and has taken an active role in advising asset managers on compliance with the SFDR (Level 1 and 2) and Taxonomy Regulation and in securing CSSF approval of numerous ESG funds.

In addition, Natalie was seconded to Linklaters’ Madrid office in 2022 where she integrated the Financial Regulation Group’s team and supported the team in advising Spanish asset managers on regulatory matters.

Finally, Natalie is an active member of Linklaters’ Community Investment Committee and helps support a number of Luxembourgish associations to achieve their volunteering mission.

Education and qualifications

Natalie holds a Master Degree in International Private Law and Arbitration from University of Sevilla, and Master in French-German Comparative Business Law form the University Paris Nanterre.

She is an English, French and German native speaker, and she is fluent in Spanish.
