Overview
Thibaud joined Linklaters Luxembourg in January 2022 and has been promoted to Senior Managing Associate in May 2023.
Thibaud advises lenders, sponsors, corporates and funds on all sides of loan arrangements, securitisation and debt issuances, with a particular focus on fund financing, real estate finance, refinancing, restructuring, acquisition finance and private banking.
He worked for another international law firm (where he also did a secondment at the New York office) in Luxembourg before joining Linklaters.

- Private equity funds: advising major private equity funds on their complex financing arrangements, including fund financings, securitisations and debt issuances.
- Advising sponsors and creditors on multi-jurisdictional restructuring transactions.
Education and qualifications
Thibaud holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Financial Law from Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg.
He is registered with the Paris bar and the Luxembourg Bar.
Thibaud speaks English and French.
