Linklaters advises Resolution Life on a new flow reinsurance transaction with Taiju Life Insurance Company Limited in Japan
Linklaters advised Resolution Life, the global life insurance group focusing on reinsurance and the acquisition and management of portfolios of life insurance policies, on a flow reinsurance transaction with Taiju Life Insurance Company Limited, a member of the Nippon Life Group, covering endowment policies issued in Japan.
This transaction is the latest in a series of strategic reinsurance transactions in Asia for Resolution Life, reaffirming its continued focus on supporting life insurance companies in Japan and across the region with tailored reinsurance solutions.
The Linklaters team was led by corporate partner and global co-head of the insurance sector Tracy Whiriskey, and included amongst others regulatory partner Motoyasu Fujita and regulatory counsel Yosuke Unami.
