  • Kinetic and Globalvia: advising this consortium of bidders on their c. £669 million recommended cash offer for international bus and railway operator The Go-Ahead Group plc.
  • Brookfield: on its recommended £2.2bn cash offer for Network International Holdings plc.
  • WSP Global: on its competing £591m cash offer for RPS Group plc.
  • Remgro Limited: on its recommended £3.7bn cash offer for Mediclinic International plc.
