Dimitrij Voronov

Dimitrij Voronov specialises in corporate and capital markets law advice to companies and groups of companies, including in the context of domestic and international M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and joint ventures.

Work Highlights

• Uniper: Corporate law advice to the Management Board in the context of the stabilisation of the company by the Federal Republic of Germany due to the energy crisis.
• AUDI: Corporate law advice on the entry into Formula 1 and the selection of a strategic partner.
• TRATON: Advising TRATON GROUP on the acquisition of significant parts of the global financial services business of MAN and Volkswagen Truck & Bus from Volkswagen Financial Services AG and the agreement of a framework contract.

Dimitrij Voronov, after working for another renowned international law firm in the areas of corporate law/M&A, was already a research assistant at Linklaters from 2016 and was appointed Associate in 2022.

In 2023, Dimitrij completed a secondment in the legal department of E.ON SE.

Dimitrij Voronov studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms University in Munster. During his legal traineeship, he worked, inter alia, for another renowned international law firm in the area of dispute resolution.
