Linklaters has advised Amplex AB on its public cash offer for ADDvise Group AB (publ) as well as the financing thereof. The takeover offer comprises all of ADDvise Group AB's four listed instruments and values ADDvise Group AB at over SEK 1bn.

ADDvise Group AB is an international life science group, developing and acquiring high quality companies within the business areas Lab and Healthcare. The group comprises more than 20 companies and generates annual revenues of close to SEK 1.7bn.

The team was led by partners Magnus Wennerhorn and Charlotte Levin and included managing associates Victor Bengtson and Sophia Astberg-Pettauer, associates Ninab Yousif, Albert Danielsson, Rick Cuperus, Sophia Lorentzon, Saku Sainio, Simon Samuelsson and Yusuf Abdulkadir.
