Linklaters advised the initial purchasers and lenders on the issuance by United Group of €400 million Senior Secured Notes maturing in 2032, as well as the extension of its revolving credit facility.

United Group is the leading telecommunications player in Southeastern Europe and is majority-owned by BC Partners, a leading alternative investment manager.

The Linklaters high yield team was led by Alek Naidenov and included associates Dami Banire and Makenna Cherry, as well as trainee Thomas Alves Pereira.

The Linklaters banking team was led by partner Gus Graham, alongside associates Shruti Subramaniam and Daria Dubinina.
