Linklaters advises on the datacenter financing for Datacenter United in Belgium

We advised the lenders on the €120 million datacenter financing for Datacenter United Group.  

With the support of shareholders TINC and Cordiant Digital Infrastructure alongside CEO-founder Friso Haringsma, Datacenter United Group operates a nationwide network of 14 data centers in Belgium.   The new financing will support DCU’s continued growth and investment in digital infrastructure across all major Belgian economic hubs.

The transaction is a key milestone for the group and will set the new benchmark for Belgium’s digital infrastructure.
