Linklaters has advised CK Group (CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited, CK Asset Holdings Limited and Power Assets Holdings Limited) on the sale of UK Power Networks, a leading electricity distribution network operator in the UK, to Engie S.A.

UK Power Networks owns and maintains electricity distribution networks in London, the South East and East of England, supplying power to around 8.5 million homes and businesses. The transaction represents a landmark deal for the Hong Kong based CK Group and underscores Linklaters’ market-leading expertise in complex, cross-border infrastructure transactions.
