Linklaters advises Avedon Capital Partners on strategic partnership with Eurocircuits

Linklaters has advised Avedon Capital Partners, a growth-focused private equity investor active in the Benelux and DACH regions, on its strategic partnership with Eurocircuits, a European reference manufacturer of printed circuit boards (PCB) and printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) specialising in prototyping and low-volume production.

The partnership of the founders of Eurocircuits Group with Avedon Capital Partners will support Eurocircuits’ next phase of growth, including further scaling of its digital manufacturing model and continued investment in people, systems and processes.

The transaction is expected to close by the second quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
