Linklaters advises Eurazeo Private Debt on the financing of Groupe Archipel’s investment

Linklaters has advised Eurazeo Private Debt, a leading mid-market private debt provider in Europe, as unitranche lender in connection with the financing of Archipel’s investment in two accounting firms, as well as the implementation of an additional financing line to support its growth.

Archipel, an independent accounting firm, aims to become a leading player in the accounting sector, in particular through the annual acquisition of several firms.
