Linklaters advises Prologis on the launch of €1bn pan-European logistics joint venture with La Caisse 

Linklaters has advised Prologis on the launch of Prologis Logistics Investment Venture Europe, a new pan-European joint venture between La Caisse and Prologis focused on acquiring, developing and operating high-quality logistics properties across Europe. 

The joint venture launches with a seed portfolio of approximately €1bn in logistics assets across France, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and the UK with Prologis acting as manager and contributing asset management and development expertise. The transaction is significant in bringing together large-scale institutional capital and specialist operating expertise to create a substantial pan-European logistics platform, underlining continued confidence in the long-term fundamentals of the European logistics sector. 

Linklaters advised on the transaction with a cross-practice team spanning real estate, tax and investment funds, and coordinated specialist input across France, the Netherlands, Germany and the UK.
