Linklaters has further strengthened its Paris office with the elections of Pierre-Arnoux Mayoly and Shirin Deyhim as partners in the firm’s Leveraged Finance practice.
With a focus on funds finance, private credit, leveraged finance and debt restructuring Pierre-Arnoux and Shirin’s practices bring high-end expertise in the field of mid cap and large cap equity bridge and NAV financing for lenders and leading asset managers, as well as assisting leading private equity firms on mid-cap senior and mezzanine leverage financing acting both for sponsors and lenders (debt funds and banks).
Pierre-Arnoux is recognised as a Leading Partner in Legal 500, while Shirin has been named as “One to Watch” by The Best Lawyers in France. They both join Linklaters from McDermott Will & Emery, where Pierre-Arnoux was Head of Finance.
Their elections follow a number of recent high-profile hires in Paris, including François Kopf, Linklaters’ Global Chair of Restructuring and Insolvency, Mathieu Della Vittoria, Restructuring and Insolvency Partner, and Hubert Segain, Head of Linklaters’ Corporate/M&A practice in Paris, Marc Perrone’s return as a partner in Financial Regulation, and Florent Mazeron in Corporate/M&A.
They also continue the firm’s expansion of its global Leveraged Finance practice, having added Peter Hayes and Angel Quek in London earlier this year.
